Description

Our Single Cut Bacon is cry-o-vac in two 7.5# packages to help preserve freshness. Just like our bulk Single Cut Bacon, it’s known for its consistently high quality. Each pork belly is expertly trimmed to create a premium slab, ideal for slicing to your exact slice count specifications. Slices are placed on flame retardant parchment paper for easy handling and convenience.

  • Slice counts available: 7/9 – 9/11 – 10/12 – 12/14 – 14/18 – 18/22 

  • Flavors available: Hickory, Hickory Double Smoke, Maple, Applewood Double Smoke, Pepper, Uncured Applewood Smoke Brown Sugar, Honey Jalapeno, Whiskey Peppercorn, Maple Bourbon, Fry Rite Hickory 

  • Shelf Life: Good 60 days from pack date if kept at or below 35°

Cooking Instructions

Stovetop: 

Place bacon strips in a skillet in a single layer. Set the heat to medium and cook, turning occasionally, until they reach your preferred crispness – typically 8-12 minutes. Transfer to paper towels to drain before serving.  

Oven: 

Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).  

Line a baking sheet with foil or parchment and arrange the bacon in a single layer. Bake for 15-20 minutes, depending on thickness, until crisp. Transfer to paper towels to drain before serving
