Cooking Instructions

Stovetop: 

Place bacon ends & pieces in a skillet in a single layer. Set the heat to medium and cook, turning occasionally, until they reach your preferred crispness – typically 8-12 minutes. Transfer to paper towels to drain before serving.  

Oven: 

Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).  

Line a baking sheet with foil or parchment and arrange the bacon ends and pieces in a single layer. Bake for 15-20 minutes, depending on thickness, until crisp. Transfer to paper towels to drain before serving.
