Cooking/Serving Instructions

Preheat your oven to 275°F (135°C). Place the smoked boneless loin in a roasting pan and cover loosely with foil to keep it moist. Heat until the internal temperature reaches 140°F (60°C). 

Alternatively, you can slice the loin and warm the slices gently in a skillet over medium heat for a few minutes or grill the whole loin over indirect medium heat until warmed through. 

Let the loin rest for a few minutes before slicing and serving for the best flavor and juiciness. 

For pan-frying, heat a little oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook the chops for 4 to 5 minutes per side until warmed and nicely browned. 

Let the chops rest for a few minutes before serving to keep them juicy and flavorful.
