Our 2-piece De-Rind Whole Slab Bacon offers consistent quality and versatility for processors and  foodservice operations. Each slab provides maximum usable yield and reliable performance in further processing, slicing, or custom applications.

Cooking Instructions

Stovetop: 

Place bacon strips in a skillet in a single layer. Set the heat to medium and cook, turning occasionally, until they reach your preferred crispness – typically 8-12 minutes. Transfer to paper towels to drain before serving.  

Oven: 

Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).  

Line a baking sheet with foil or parchment and arrange the bacon in a single layer. Bake for 15-20 minutes, depending on thickness, until crisp. Transfer to paper towels to drain before serving.
