Mini Boneless Ham packs in loads of flavor. Its small size makes it the perfect retail ready ham for your market. Produced from select raw material, we use only knuckle muscles in the manufacture of this product. After a carefully monitored curing process, the hams are hickory smoked with certified hickory chips producing a grand and delicious ham for any table.

*Fully cooked ham – ready to eat cold out of package 

Heating instruction for hot serve 

Preheat oven to 325°F (165°C).  

Place the ham in a roasting pan and cover it loosely with foil. Heat until the internal temperature reaches 140°F (60°C). Remove the foil during the last 20–30 minutes if you want to add a glaze or brown the ham. Let the ham rest for 10–15 minutes before slicing and serving.
