Heating instruction for hot serve
Preheat oven to 325°F (165°C).
Place the ham in a roasting pan and cover it loosely with foil. Heat until the internal temperature reaches 140°F (60°C). Remove the foil during the last 20–30 minutes if you want to add a glaze or brown the ham. Let the ham rest for 10–15 minutes before slicing and serving.
